Tether Tide
Two to four divers are roped together in a flooded cave system that rises and falls with the tide. Each diver's rope length, lamp and air tank are shared, so you have to agree on who swims ahead, who anchors, and who hauls everyone back before the water closes the passage. Map the caves one tide at a time and bring home the survey data, not trophies.
What sets it apart
Nearby games like The Hull and Pinched are about fighting or fleeing monsters, while this one is about cooperative rope physics and tide timing, with no combat at all.
The loop
- Plan a route on the shared chart before the tide turns.
- Swim, anchor and pay out rope to reach unmapped chambers.
- Haul back through the shrinking passages and log your survey.
First playable
A single flooded cave level with a rope physics tether between two divers (one controlled by the player, one by simple AI), a rising water timer, and a shared air meter.
